“Raising the Bar” European CrossFit Masters Competition

At Dragon CrossFit, Cardiff

If you are CrossFitting and are 40 years old or over –be a part of the first ever European CrossFit competition that is specifically for Masters.

Yes, we want it to be competitive and yes we want you to bring your A game, but this competition is about taking part, making friends, being inspired and first and foremost – having fun.

There are 5 age categories in both the Male and Female groups:
40-44 – 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+

Scaling will be allowed (but only those who complete the wods Rx will qualify for final placings).

In the words of CrossFit’s found Greg Glassman : “The needs of an 80 year old Grandparent, Firefighter and professional Athlete will differ by degree and not kind.”

This is about the community .. so come on down Masters and “prove your fitness!”
